Service and operator
These terms govern the TellYourTrip public website, anonymous waitlist, and the social travel-discovery product when made available. TellYourTrip is operated by Qusay Alhasan, individual operator of TellYourTrip, in Germany. TellYourTrip helps people discover and share travel experiences; it is not a booking service, travel agency, tour operator, or provider of transport or accommodation.
Accounts and eligibility
Joining the anonymous waitlist does not create an account or guarantee early access, admission, a launch date, or availability on Android or iPhone. When accounts become publicly available, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only an account you are entitled to control. Additional age and eligibility controls shown in the product apply.
Participation
Community, posting, commenting, question, and reporting functions are governed by these terms and the Community Guidelines when those functions are available. You are responsible for your conduct, your safety decisions, and checking practical travel information with authoritative sources. User content is not professional, emergency, legal, medical, immigration, or safety advice.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You give TellYourTrip the non-exclusive permissions reasonably needed to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute that content through the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for text, images, people, places, and personal information you share. Do not upload confidential information or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use TellYourTrip for unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, fraudulent, dangerous, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing activity. Do not impersonate others, manipulate engagement, evade safeguards, scrape protected data, distribute malware, disclose another person’s sensitive location or identity, or encourage unsafe conduct. The Community Guidelines provide further participation rules.
Availability and changes
The website is a prelaunch service and the Android and iPhone apps are not yet publicly released. Features, supported platforms, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage of content, early access, or a particular launch date. We will avoid making changes that remove mandatory consumer rights.
Moderation and termination
When community functions are available, TellYourTrip may restrict visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, limit features, or suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or secure the service. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome. Account deletion remains available through the public deletion route; some approved public text may remain de-identified under Standard Deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by applicable EU and German law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
